The Opportunity

You will be working autonomously and also providing the support needed for the effective and efficient delivery of content for within and outside the firm. This position will appeal to a dynamic person who has strong written English language and analytical skills, and enjoys writing and research. The successful candidate will also be able to write and enjoy writing with precision, subtlety and persuasiveness.

Job Description

  • Producing, revising, drafting content in conjunction with and at the direction of supervising lawyer(s)/trademark agent(s) for both internal and external use

Requisite Qualifications

  • Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program involving significant writing, research and analysis (e.g., B.A. English/History, M.A., etc)

Other Skills

  • Ability to write, read, analyze, and interpret complex texts
  • Exceptional writing skills – ability to write clearly and succinctly, with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced critical thinking abilities
  • Be resourceful with ability to take charge and complete tasks
  • Have the ability to think creatively, independently and solve problems; and
  • Possess strong computer skills and technological aptitude
