Privacy Policy

At all times we hold in strict confidence all information concerning the business and affairs of our clients acquired in the course of our professional relationship and do not divulge any such information unless expressly or impliedly authorized by you, the client or required by law to do so.

Our ethical obligation applies without regard to the nature or source of the information or the fact that others may share the knowledge.

Our duty of confidentiality is to every client without exception and whether or not the client is a continuing or casual client. This duty survives the professional relationship and continues indefinitely after we have ceased to act for you, the client, whether or not differences have arisen between us.

Use of Information
Our site receives feedback from users primarily through email. Contact information from the forms on our site is used to process user requests. The user’s contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. A user’s personal data is stored on a secure server and allows us to provide personalized services for the user.

Our site contains links to other sites whose policies may be different than ours. We are not responsible for any information or dealings with these third parties.

Sharing of Information
Our policy prohibits disclosure of confidential information because confidentiality and loyalty are fundamental to the relationship between us and our clients. Legal advice cannot be given and justice cannot be done unless clients have a large measure of freedom to discuss their affairs with their lawyers. However, under some very exceptional situations, we may be required to disclose information because we are satisfied that truly serious harm is imminent and cannot otherwise be prevented. These situations will be extremely rare, and, even in these situations, we will not disclose more information than is required.

All information gathered is used by us. We do not share or cross-reference personal information gathered through site usage with any other databases or third other than in three exceptional cases, namely:

  • When the site is legally compelled to do so.
  • Where there is a duty to the public to disclose.
  • Where disclosure is made at the request or with the written consent of the user.
  • Therefore unless required to do so, we shall not respond to any enquiry unless we hold your written consent. If an enquiry is received without our having had your written consent to reply, we shall write to you requesting such consent.

Our site makes no representations with respect to the creation of profiles or the use of cookies by external Web sites that have links from our site or read and use information visible on our site.

Security
We have security measures in place, both physical and electronic, to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control online. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information gathered online.

Delete/Deactivate
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications.

Users have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from at the point where we request information about the user.
