Such exclusive jurisdiction DOES NOT apply to actions brought by Ollip P.C. in respect of actions arising from breach of this Terms of Use Agreement, which may be brought by Ollip P.C. in a jurisdiction which it may deem, in its discretion, more appropriate or convenient.
